InlineRetinaJS works by scanning the device's pixel ratio and whenever it needs to show a higher quality photo for Retina enabled devices, it does this automatically.
To support Retina images on their sites, developers only need to add the "hd" class to their respective images.
InlineRetinaJS will scan the same folder in which the photo is hosted and search for the same image name, but with the @2x suffix.
If an image is found it will be used as the primary image on Retina devices.
InlineRetinaJS comes with an example to show developers how it can be implemented.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- jQuery
