FormHack

FormHack was created as a dedicated CSS reset file that targets form elements alone.

This script will allow browsers to render form tags the same way across a multitude of devices and operating systems, allowing the developer to keep a consistent UI style across platforms.

Some customization options like borders, fonts, and colors are in place, letting developers tweak some of the form's style without requiring separate CSS files.

Support is included for all HTML5 form elements, not just HTML4.

FormHack is available as .scss and .sass files. If you want a .css file, just compile one of the two.
