PMA ServiceCenter made up of three separate modules, each of which functions as a separate working program: the servicecenter module The ServiceCenter Module is the "working" portion of the program where you maintain your customer lists, equipment/property lists, service histories, schedule service calls, create contracts for specific customers, maintain a To Do list, and create work orders. the mail module The Mail Module is where you print mailing labels, create and print pre-addressed form letters, and create and print the various word processing documents needed by your business. the utility module The Utility Module is the general maintenance portion of the program where you perform database maintenance operations, create pre-defined contracts, and perform other program support functions.
