Pint is basically Grunt.js with support for asynchronous operations, independent tasks, dependency-aware builds, and a much better organized file structure.
Pint will automatically handle project dependencies for the developer, so he won't have to closely review each file he must load and see if he needs to add it after module X or module Y just to avoid some dependency related problems.
While this might seem the biggest and most important problem Pint fixes for Grunt, don't sleep on its concurrency support, feature that allows Pint to run multiple Grunt tasks at once, speeding up build times.
If you haven't used any JavaScript build systems Pint may be a safer and easier way to start, since it helps many developers avoid many simple problems while also getting some performance back at the same time.
PS: You can also safely use any Grunt plugins with Pint, Pint being like "Grunt on steroids."
