"MPMM" is a methodology for projects. It tells you what you have to do and when, to deliver your project step-by-step. When you first download and open the product, you will see a list of all of the steps you need to take to deliver your project from start to finish. Each step is described in depth, so you know exactly what you have to do to deliver your project on time. It also comes with a complete suite of project management templates, so that you never have to start from scratch with your tasks. A practical example is provided for every template, so you know what has to be completed and how it is to be done. What is new in this release:
In version 10.0, you can customize the methodology to make it your own. It's also now fully integrated with Microsoft Word, so you can import your templates into the project management software to store them all in one place.
