HeadOut

HeadOut performs various Markdown/HTML transformations with headings and outlines.

What is new in this release:

Outline levels not included in the Table of Contents are now converted to Unordered List items rather than headings, to make resulting documents easier to navigate.

What is new in version 1.10:

Added the option to Add a Table of Contents to a Markdown document. In this option, the entire input Markdown document is copied to the output, with the following changes: 1) A table of contents is added after the first heading titled 'Table of Contents'; 2) Each heading is converted to HTML so that the corresponding id can be added, to allow linking from a Table of Contents entry to its corresponding heading.
