AWFFull is a Web server log analysis program, forked from Webalizer. AWFFull project adds a number of new features and improvements, such as extended frontpage history, resizable graphs, and a few more pie charts.

Webalizer is a great weblog analysis program but hasn't been going anywhere in recent years. AWFFull takes that base and starts to fix the niggles and annoyances and hopefully become a useful enhancement.

As a base, weblizer has a stated goal of producing web server analysis. AWFFull on the other hand, will gradually focus more on the business intelligence contained within those logs - and not specifically limited just to web server logs.

I have an interest in whole of site statistics, and that is rarely contained solely in webserver log files. If you're keen to see where I would like to take awffull, check out the TODO file.

What is new in this release:

  • A fix for the Daily Average counts on the main page being not-averaged and a fix for broken dumping of Search Strings and Agents.

What is new in version 3.10.1:

  • AWFFull is now GPLv3+
  • Some new flags have been added. About 7 new I think it was, about the same
  • were modified. These flags are now under a CC license too.

What is new in version 3.9.1:

  • The biggest new feature is Segmentation, as per marketing.
  • Major documentation updates were done, including splitting the man page into two.
  • Lots of fixes and less visible improvements were made.
  • Only a minor fix was done since version 3.9.1-beta3.

What is new in version 3.9.1 Beta 3:

  • The implementation of gettext was revisited.
  • The default font was change from "Helvetica" to "sans".
  • Several minor fixes and clean-ups were made, including a fix for a crash at report output.
