Whammy

Whammy allows developers to take movies and animations played back via the HTML5 canvas element and record (encode) them into a WebM file.

This file can then be accessed and played via any HTML5, JS, or Flash video player that supports the WebM format.

Using Whammy is recommended when wanting (or needing) to support older browsers where a modern video file format like WebM is not supported.

Optional duration, video quality, and FPS settings can be passed to hammy when recording a new movie.

A demo is included with the download package.
