Techy is for situations where a using a relative or NoSQL database is considered an overkill and does nothing more than complicate the website building process.
Techy works by letting developers (and later webmasters and site editors) add their content inside local text files, formatting them using Markdown syntax.
The content of this files is pulled at runtime and assembled into a fully-compliant HTML page using a previously set page layout template.
Along with the page templates various other JavaScript files and CSS stylesheets can be loaded, allowing developers to customize their site with whatever other plugins and UI frameworks they want.
If Markdown is not your "thing" or you are anticipating a situation where your client might have trouble formatting the text, other styling syntax can also be added to Techy. Just check out its documentation for more details.
