It practically does a path substitution based on the deepest common known directory.
To use it, the user needs to create a new Path::Mapper object using <base> as the 'root' directory (by default, everything is mapped to be under that directory).
What is new in this release:
- Use Any::Moose (Mouse) instead of Moose.
- Conversion to dzpl for build process.
