What is new in this release:
Changed the initialization of the MIDI Setup Dialog to fix the problem of MIDI devices not being shown on Win 7 64-bit systems On PC's with Windows Vista or 7, with multi core processors, the MIDI step Entry did not work right. This is now fixed using MUTEX synchronization. The program no longer uses LoMID32.dll
