Mp3TagsForTracks

With Mp3TagsForTracks, you can enhance your music collection with additional meta information which are stored in the MP3 file. Through a large music database, which can be accessed by Mp3TagsForTracks, music tracks can be found reliably. This provides meta information such as album cover, songartist and the genre. You can make various settings and customize Mp3TagsForTracks to your needs. To get a consistent music collection, Mp3TagsForTracks helps you to name the songs correctly. If desired, the volume of the song can be changed accordingly to get music from the most diverse sources at the same volume level. For the release, Mp3TagsForTracks will be available in English and German. If you want to use Mp3TagsForTracks in another language, please contact us, as the individual text modules have to be translated into the respective language. What is new in this release:

Major Changes:

• Express mode: You can now tag your songs with ID3 tags as fast as never before
• Search for song lyrics: You can now add lyrics to your songs. There are already many lyrics in our database available.
• Refresh button has been added to insert new songs into the table during runtime.
• A context menu (right-click) has been added to the song table to open the song folder, remove the file from the table, or delete it completely or copy ID3 tag information.
• One-time display of the changelog after update

• The ID3 tags from the comment and copyright fields can now be deleted
• Some songs have problems with automatic volume adjustment
• If no album image was found, the Mp3TagsForTracks placeholder image was mistakenly saved as an album cover
• When Mp3TagsForTracks is started, the first song will be automatically selected again
• Some albumcover have slightly distorted the colors of the image.
• When playing a song, the playback position can be set by clicking on the progress bar.

What is new in version 1.0.1:

• If the search for ID3 tags did not follow your wishes, the search can be called again with changed parameters. The selection of these parameters is completely automated. The corresponding button can be found in the album selection window.
• A bug has been fixed to remove songs if the song contains unknown characters.
• It is now possible to edit several songs of an album at the same time. The selected songs are already pre-sorted so you can save the time-consuming sorting of your songs with the songs of the album. Just select two or more songs to assign to an album.
• Since the first hits were already correct in the search, only three albums are loaded. Thus, the charging time could be shortened again. Further albums can be reloaded at any time.
