Quartonian is a creative commons licensed VJ Mixer program created entirely in Quartz Composer. It allows Triggering, Mixing and Core Image effects on Quicktimes, Still Images, Quartz Composer compositions or flash animations. NOTE: You must have Quartz Composer installed from the Tiger developer tools to use this.

What is new in this release:

  • preview seperate from main output
  • HD 720p support
  • many other bugfixes and improvements

Requirements:

  • Mac OS X 10.4.4 or later
  • Quartz Composer installed (from Developer Tools DVD)
  • Mac OS X 10.4.6 or later highly recommended
