RapidTechSoft.com presents RapidCRM. RapidCRM has all the modules that a small business would need. Activities: You can makes notes of any follow ups eg. make phone call to a client. Calendar: You can view your upcoming tasks or invoices due in the calendar. We are constantly working on this to make it more useful. Leads: When someone calls randomly and is not your client yet, you can save their information as a lead. When he/she becomes your client all you have to do is just click on button and they are converted to a "Contact" and " Account". Contacts: Here you can save all your contacts. Contacts are connected to accounts. Opportunities: Let's say you are working on a project and you see that in 4 months you have the opportunity to make 10K from this project, you can use this module. Quotes: As self explanatory, you can send quotations to your clients are rough estimates. When the job is done you can convert this quotation into an invoice with one click. Good for service industry who are in the field eg. security cameras installation, plumbing service, heating service. Sales Orders: You can create sales orders here for your clients. Invoices: Invoices are an important part of any business. This module creates the invoices and can be emailed to the customers or clients. No separate email client needed. You can use your company's email or system's default email at no extra charge. Purchase Orders: When you purchase services or merchandise those orders can be added here in this module. Products: Self explanatory as it is, you can add your products here. They can be linked to a Contact or an Account. Vendors: Here in this module you can add your Vendors whom you work with. Case: If you have a Case that you are working on and need to follow up you can add it in this module. Solutions: You can add your solutions to the Cases here. Expenses: Here is this module you can add your expenses eg. a gas receipt from your driver, money spent on lunch. You can also upload the picture of the receipt.
