jQuery Date/Time Entry combines the jQuery Date Entry plugin with the jQuery Time Entry plugin.
Just as the originals, the plugin uses a "spinner" with 5 parts as seen in the thumbnail image.
Clicking on the center spinner button will fill the input field with the user's local date and time (or a default value).
The left and right buttons are used to select the sections of the date and time format (day, month, year, hours, minutes, seconds, AM/PM).
The up and down arrows control the value shown in the selected field and are used to modify it (UP increases the value, DOWN decreases the value).
Overall the plugin simplifies the process of entering dates and time values inside form fields, removing the need of typing anything in the field at all.
Demos are included with the download package.
