Alienbuild

Alienbuild is a cross-platform build system written in Python with the intent to outperform all other build systems in speed. Smart methods for dependency checking were used in the creation of Alienbuild for the fastest and most optimal build times.

A major goal with Alienbuild is to support asset building pipelines and large projects.

Installation:

After cloning, run 'python2.5 setup.py install'. You can verify the installation worked by doing 'import alienbuild' in a Python interpreter.

Note: Alienbuild is only tested to run on Python 2.5, but may run on older or newer versions. Try at your own risk.
