This is a standard 32 bit TWAIN driver. It will work on x64 editions of Windows but will not work with 64 bit applications.

- Scanning under the following conditions might result in the scanned image being distorted:
a) When "Original Scan Method" is set to "ADF" and "Read-ahead" is checked.
b) When "Original Size" is set to "Auto detect(Mixed-size)".
c) When "Col./Grad." is set to "8 Colors" or "8 Colors(Photo)".
d) In "Initial Settings", when "Binary/8 colors" is set to "Compression".
e) When a document with a larger paper size is set to be scanned on the ADF after a document with a smaller paper size is scanned.
- When scanning under the following conditions, the error "33376: Error has occurred in the scanner." might occur:
a) Set "X-Resolution" and "Y-Resolution" to 617 dpi.
b) Set "Original Size" to 289 mm.
- When using IC card authentication and starting the TWAIN driver from DeskTopBinder, after scanning the first document, subsequent scanning will fail.
- Support for the Portuguese orthography in the installer.
Installation steps (for exe / zip):
1. Save the driver files to your computer.
2. Run the executable or extract the installation files to a location on your disk.
3. Follow the steps displayed by the setup wizard.
4. After installation, restart the computer.
Important notes:
- Before installation, save all your work and close all the running programs, as the installation may interfere with other apps;
- If the setup wizard requests Administrative rights, make sure to run the setup as Administrator;
- Pay attention to all installation instructions to make sure the driver is installed correctly;
