Version 3.1.3 fixed program crash while interrupting proxy checking (in specific conditions). Fixed bug with wrong ping value calculation for some proxy servers in proxy checker. Added additional balloon hint to program icon to display currently selected proxy. Improved the speed of Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari loading when program is disabled. Program creates program's shortcut after the first execution.
