Opt-In List Filter is a powerful and fast tool that allows to filter and clean lists of emails, URLs, and contacts. You can enter several filter rules which will be applied to the source list. There are two type of filtering rules: Keep and Exclude. Keep-Rule allows to keep lines that match the Rule's Expression (pattern). Exclude-Rule allows to remove lines matching the Rule's Expression.
