MailBee automatically performs such complex operations as decoding both headers and body from various MIME-encodings (Base64, quoted-printable, UUE), converting charsets to native Windows codepage. With MailBee, you have access to both raw and encoded mail content, and may do anything with it - save to database, to disk, or do anything else.
