* Updated to SQLite 3.7.10
* Added Refresh Results menu item that will refresh table contents or re-execute last successful query
* Updated look of recent databases list in welcome window
* Fixed text fields with non-UTF8 text showing as NULL
* Fixed welcome window not hiding when opening a database in some cases
* Fixed close tab menu item not always working and not always getting command-w shortcut
