File Synchronization

File Synchronization is an utility that has the ability to synchronize multiple pairs of folders or files. It has been designed to be easy to use and quick to do the job. It was based originally on the File Synchronization tool provided by Apple with the old Mac OS, but has a few improvements and features to help get the job done quickly and efficiently.

What is new in this release:

• Fixes a problem where the application would use excessive processing power when it seems to be idle
• Fixes a problem where in some rare circumstances, the application would crash if creating a log file was active
• Improves the filters so that if you create a filter based on the name, all folders that satisfies the filter will no longer be scanned
• Fixes a problem where deleting multiple files in the Preview window would result in only the first selected file to be deleted
• Fixes a problem where if one copy of files in conflict would be deleted from the Preview window, the operation would still be in conflict and the synchronization couldn't be performed
• Corrects the path of the location of the log file displayed in the "Log" tab of the main preferences
• Fixes a problem in the scan progress dialog where if the number of minutes would get larger than 60, it would not reset itself to 0
• Fixes a few problems with the Korean localization
• Requires Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
