DedupeIT, intelligent deduplication software, is a way to remove duplicate records from your database. At the heart of DedupeIT lies the matching engine, this is the same technology that is used by various products on the market today. DedupeIT's highly advanced matching capabilities are achieved using complex 'fuzzy matching' algorithms developed over more than 10 years by HelpIT systems. DedupeIT is a dedupe software application; there are just a few simple controls to set matching criteria and scoring. You have full control over which records are regarded as duplicates. You can let DedupeIT decide for you, or you can verify each of the matches found and decide which record you wish to keep. Supports all major file formats, including: ASCII text (e.g. CSV, comma delimited, tab delimited, and fixed width), Excel, Access, and DBF.
