WPtouch

WPtouch transforms both the WP backend and frontend, allowing it to be accessed properly from mobile devices.

Works with Android mobile devices, iPhones, iPod Touch, Palm Pre/Pixi and BlackBerry OS6 mobile devices.

iPad support is provided with the Pro version of this plugin.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
