WP Symposium

It supports forums, blogs, email notifications, user directories, private messages, chats, notification bar, widgets and profile pages.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
