Just go in the WP backend and configure the text that will be added at the end of all default WordPress outgoing emails.
That's it. The 'Add Email Signature' plugin will do the rest.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
