oXygen XML Developer is a multi-platform and commercial graphical software written in the Java programming language and designed to provide a visual XML editor and validation software.
With oXygen XML Developer users will be able to visually edit and validate XML documents, edit XSL files, edit XML schema, edit and debug XQuery expressions.
