When you play the game you'll often have to decide between killing a "Little Sister", to recover the substance, or protecting them from Splicers, the thugs roaming the city.
This wallpaper is of great quality and perfectly demonstrates the theme and atmosphere present throughout Bioshock. Both characters and the gloomy environment make for an original image on your desktop.
