Tabber can be used to create the classic "tab panel" look, but in a much more simpler and faster manner.
The plugin works out of the box and includes lots of documentation and examples.
Tabber also comes with support for mobile devices and responsive layouts, rearranging itself to fit better on smaller screens.
The comes with Bower support as well.
