jScrollPane

jScrollPane is a cross-browser solution for showing custom scrollbar graphics that gracefully degrade to default scrollbars in older browsers and when JavaScript is turned off.

The plugin works with gra&drag gestures, but also with mouse wheel scrolling as well.

Both scrolling dimensions (vertical and horizontal) are supported, and jScrollPane will work with any element that has "overflow: auto" set via CSS.

The programmer  can easily control the appearance of the custom scrollbars using simple CSS code, adapting it to any web page design.

Examples and usage instructions are included with the download package.
