Andy.scss helps developers working on smaller projects where using a big and bulky CSS or frontend UI framework doesn't actually help with development tasks, but greatly hinders them.
For projects where just small snippets of code are needed, dealing with basic and common problems in Web development, Andy.scss is very useful, eliminating the need of trimming down CSS frameworks or searching the Internet for common hacks and fixes for the same problem over and over again for each project.
Just include Andy.scss with every new project and simply call the mixins wherever you need them.
Since the code is open sourced, developers can additionally expand the codebase with their own snippets, and remove the mixins they don't need, cutting down on the total size of CSS code used with their project.
We doubt this latter scenario will happen, since most of the SASS mixins deal with the same cumbersome problems all developers encounter in each and every projects they deal with.
