Toau helps you convert plain text into audio file. It supports 26 languages including English, Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish. To let it speak a different language other than the default English, go to Mac > System Preferences... > Dictation & Speech > Text to Speech - System Voice - Customize..", then choose the new voice you want to download. After the download is finished, set the "System Voice" to the new voice you just downloaded.
