jquery.mb.emoticons

jquery.mb.emoticons works by scanning text inside a desired container and replacing various text patterns with a preset image.

The plugin comes with a predefined collection of emoticons.

If you wish, the preset emoticons can also be extended with custom icons if needed, jquery.mb.emoticons allowing easy modifications to its emoticons list.

Of course, custom emoticon graphic packs can be used, but this may take some effort to configure.

A working example is included with the plugin, to help developers get started on their projects.
