CATJS reads simple annotations added to the application's HTML code and caries out various tests.
It works with HTML5 code only and will allow developers to simulate, preview, and test how a page's elements will be interacted with by real users.
Test results can be used to detect problems that may arise from using the website/app's interface, specific to a certain device and/or platform.
CATJS has been tested with HTML5-capable browsers and should also work with Android and iOS devices.
The framework includes support for extensions and was created specifically for continuous development cycles.
CATJS comes with tools that allow developers to spawn external processes, crawl the file system, watch certain files, work via the Node.js CLI, and even be used with Grunt.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- Node.js 0.10 or higher
