socialShare.js is a simple and light tool to add social sharing buttons to a Web project.
It is easy to implement, supports only the major social networks, and can also be easily extended with new ones if needed.
The plugin doesn't use iframe codes, but works the same way regardless, redirecting users that click on the buttons to a new page/popup where they can share a custom URL, with an optional image, and their own text about the shared site.
Share counts are also supported for each socialShare.js button, revealing how many times has the URL been saved on those sites before.
A demo is included with socialShare.js, but don't forget to run "bower install" otherwise it won't work.
