jsSocials

jsSocials is a fully-customizable social sharing toolkit that can be used to boost a website's online presence by simplifying the steps needed to share the site's URL on one of the supported social networks.

The social sharing buttons can be customized via themes and CSS, and the buttons also natively support responsive layouts.

Share counts can optionally be retrieved, and the buttons can display the social network's name, custom text, an icon, or a combination of these.

A demo is included with the download package. Just don't forget to run "bower install" first.
