jQuery Awesome Sosmed Share Button is a toolbar full of buttons that when pushed will redirect the user to a social network where they can share the current page's URL with their friends.
A custom URL can be used instead of the current page, and along with each of the buttons, a share count can be displayed, letting users know how many times the link has been previously shared on that specific networks.
A series of social networks are support out of the box, but new services can easily be added by following one of the built-in templates.
