WWS Easy SMS is a powerful Windows application that allows you to send mass SMS messages and receive incoming SMS, using GSM mobile phones or GSM modems that are connected to a serial (COM) port on your computer. WWS Easy SMS has been designed to work with any ETSI GSM 07.05 (Version 7.0.1 Release 1998) compatible GSM modem. Any GSM mobile phone (with suitable serial/USB data cable) that have built in modem and support AT commands can be used with WWS Easy SMS. A valid SIM card which has access to SMS service is required with the GSM modem or mobile phone. Most GSM modems or mobile phones (latest tech) is fully compatible with the application. Notice, if a phone modem or your GSM modem does not appears in the devices of your computer as a modem is not supported by WWS Easy SMS (as for example the I-Phone and mobile phones with Android OS installed). WWS Easy SMS was also tested with the phones Sony Ericsson AINO and Sony Ericsson W995 successfully.
What is new in this release:
Version 1.0.0.3 includes the following: SMS task cost calculation (approximately, not calculated any free SMS based on the user contract with the mobile provider). Auto detection of unicode characters. Number of messages (for long messages) indication. Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit) support, data provider changed to Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0.
