Password List Generator is a password generator which generates a described list of passwords and can save all passwords into one text file. This program shows elapsed time generating character combinations (passwords), speed, and has lots of options to select to suit your needs. Random Generation - slow, but random character combination generation. Good for a small number of combinations. Progressive List Generation - fast (up to 1000 times faster if writing directly to file), no randomness. Great for huge (millions, trillions or even more) amounts of combination, where every possible combination is needed. Users should enjoy the new "Password generation speed" feature in the bottom right corner, which gives you an idea of how fast your computer is generating your desired character combinations.
What is new in this release:
A completely revamped application, greatly improved speed, written from scratch while taking previous user feedback and feature requests. The biggest addition to this release is "Progressive list generation":
- Up to 1000 times faster generation
- Possibility to generate a full set of all possible character combinations
- Displays an estimate text file size
- No randomness. This feature is meant to generate combinations in a progressive, ascending order
