SurGe is a computer program which enables to generate a surface as an interpolation (approximation) function of two independent variables; implements an interpolation / approximation method called ABOS which produces a surface comparable to a surface created by Kriging or Minimum curvature method.
Introduces a new interpolation method ABOS for surface creation. The resulting surface is comparable with surface created by kriging or radial basis functions method, but the interpolation process is significantly faster.
The program is meant for people dealing with surfaces and maps, namely for mathematicians, meteorologists, geologists, hydrologists, seismologists, archaeologists, physicians, reservoir engineers and so on.
