Proelia is an RPG Encounter Tracker. Create "prepared" encounters for later use, and then run them any number of times with the click of a button. Create a group from an encounter's participants, and re-use them in other encounters. They can be dropped into any encounter on the fly. Set the color and marker text for each participant in the encounter, so you can quickly find them on the map. Proelia supports a variety of RPGs through a plugin system that allows new systems to be added. Supported game systems provide an array of pre-fab conditions that can be applied to participants or regions. You can also add custom conditions. Each encounter can display a map that allows you to track positioning of participants, especially in relation to regions, so you can tell if someone is standing too close to a fire, or is subject to an aura or other environmental effect. Proelia keeps track of the length of the encounter, and allows you to see the longest, shortest, and average turn length.

What is new in this release:

  • There is now a button on the map view for importing map imagery. (Previously, the only way to set the map image was to drag-and-drop an image onto the map.)
  • It's now possible to click-select regions or participant tokens that are stacked on top of each other.
  • The correct condition icons weren't appearing in the encounter list.
  • The 4th edition D&D system was incorrectly removing participants from play when their hit points went below 0 but weren't at negative bloodied.
  • Sometimes removing a condition from a participant or region wouldn't update the list.
  • Fixed a bug where a dragged participant token or region sometimes wouldn't stay where you put it.
  • Fixed a bug where selecting a participant on the map wouldn't select it in the list.
  • Localized some strings that weren't.
  • The tally counts at the bottom of the list weren't counting up "object" participants correctly.
  • The round count and total number of rounds in the statistics section weren't being incremented.
  • Removed a bunch of unnecessary logging statements.
  • The about window wasn't displaying the correct application icon.
