1. DBG14030117 - Whatever languages I chose , 'Reboot acquired' page is still showed English
2. DBG13020261- L2TP cannot established session.(PPTP and PPPoE are OK)

2 fixed: WPA2-TKIP still can be configured in Wizard even it gray out in manual wireless connection setup
3 fixed: WEP authentication changes both to open.
