Uptodate

Uptodate implements a lesser known Twitter feature, only observable if you leave a Twitter page open for a long time.

As time passes by, the tweet timestamps get updated as well. So instead of "a few seconds ago", after an hour the timestamp will show "an hour ago", even if the page has not been refreshed.

The Uptodate library helps developers implement such a similar feature for their sites, keeping timestamps up to date with the real time & date the content has been created on, without refreshing the page.

An example and usage instructions are included with the download package.
