Appointmind is a commercial, online, and web-based software project that enables customers to select and schedule appointments from any location, anytime. It runs on the cloud and it’s the perfect appointment scheduling system for people on the go.

Designed for contracting companies, consultants, and physicians

The software is designed from the ground up to be used by contracting companies, consultants, physicians, as well as any other service providers. In addition, it can be used as a reservation tool for company conference rooms or for administrative purposes. It gives you the freedom you need in your daily busy schedule.

Schedule appointments online anytime

Once purchased, the Appointmind platform will be available to you online for one month, on all your devices, until the next payment (an Internet connection is required), allowing you to easily and quickly schedule appointments anytime, from everywhere, saving you a lot of time.

Appointments can also be managed locally, by you or your employees. The application is versatile and can be easily adapted to various uses of industries. It’s also always up-to-date and very secure, as data backups and software maintenance are done periodically.

Distributed in four editions

The application is distributed in four editions, each one with a different number of schedules included. The cheapest of them all is Rookie, which costs 15 USD/month and includes a single schedule. Other editions include Standard (5 schedules for 30 USD/month), Plus (25 schedules for 75 USD/month), and Premium (50 schedules for 150 USD/month).

Runs in the cloud, independent of an operating system

Appointmind is a cloud-based application. You won’t have to download anything to use the appointment scheduling system. Just purchase an edition (see the section above for available editions) and start using it from either your PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone through a supported web browser. It doesn’t matter if you have a 32 or 64-bit computer.

What is new in this release:

• Added triweekly recurrence for time blocking.
• Added option to set an individual redirection page after appointment reservation. Useful for ad conversion tracking.
• Improved login screen if users are required to log in.
• Added second email address field that requires users to repeat their email address in order to catch typing errors.
• Added a feature that allows administrators to login as a certain user in order to access their account. Useful for helping users.
• Added day by day browsing to daily view.
• Administrators and operators are now specially labled in user list.
• Added some additional information to user details.

What is new in version 5.9.0:

• Using a mail account for sending emails can now be activated and configured in the settings section of the admin area
• The result number of the appointment and customer list can now be changed in the Quick Settings (cog wheel symbol right hand side above the lists
• The month selector now shows the week number
• The user front end (not admin area) is now available in Ukraine
• The customer list now has an option to show all deactivated/not activated user accounts
• The usability of the function to reset the user's password has been improved

What is new in version 5.8.8:

• Added: Different subject and message text for admin and operator notifications
• Added: Option to set a CDN URL for static files
• Fixed: Display the reason for a reservation in existing appointments even though that reason has been deactivated
