Because the 123PPT Presentations Player is a completely free standalone presentations player, you do not need to have PowerPoint installed on your machine in order to play back any rich-media enhanced PowerPoint presentation, as the 123PPT Presentations Player opens, runs and plays rich-media PowerPoint presentations without the need to have PowerPoint installed. During play back, presentations can be played in full screen or through holding the Windows ALT+ENTER keys, enter Windows Mode allowing you to scale the presentation to any size or dimension you wish. Once installed, the 123PPT Presentations Player can be opened directly from the Windows desktop through the shortcut icon, or if PowerPoint is installed, be accessed from inside PowerPoint through the 123PPT Play & Share menu option.
