GetColor Color Picker

The GetColor is a handy portable (no installation needed) freeware tool that can be used to quickly get the Hexadecimal or RGB values of any color in any window on your PC. Handy, unobtrusive, and effective--also free. Just download the executable and run, no installation needed. A toolbar icon will appear, confirming that the tool is ready. Simply move the mouse cursor over the area containing the color you are interested in, and the color information will be displayed as a tooltip following the cursor. To exit, you can either right-click on the taskbar icon, and select "Exit", or press CTRL+Q.
