DateTime::TimeZone

A time zone is represented internally as a set of observances, each of which describes the offset from GMT for a given time period.

Note that without the "DateTime.pm" module, this module does not do much. It's primary interface is through a "DateTime" object, and most users will not need to directly use "DateTime::TimeZone" methods.

The module can be used in applications where the user base is made from users all across the Globe and time zone management is needed for the app.

What is new in this release:

• This release is based on version 2010n of the Olson database.
• This release includes updates for Fiji.

What is new in version 1.14:

• This release is based on version 2010e of the Olson database. This release includes changes for Antartica, Syria, and Samoa.
• Moved code to my hg repo at http://hg.urth.org/hg/DateTime-TimeZone.
