Sets 3.0 Sets, the feature that lets you view, access and navigate an unlimited number of files as a single document in a single tab, just got a whole lot "setsier." Files within a Set can now be automatically organized by categories based on preconfigured or custom templates. Carry over markups, hyperlinks, Spaces and other data to file revisions with automatic slip-sheeting options. Simplify the way you work with PDFs. Batch Slip Sheet (eXtreme only) Your current slip-sheeting method has officially been revised. Keep complex file sets up to date by automatically appending, prepending or replacing existing page content with new file revisions. Batch Slip Sheet matches revisions with their corresponding current sheets and carries over all markups, hyperlinks, Spaces and bookmarks -- all while stamping superseded files. Batch Overlay Simplify the process of overlay comparisons, which assigns different colors to each page to visually display differences between multiple pairs of files. New setup options auto-match files by pulling from file name, page label or page region. Sit back, relax and enjoy that cup of coffee. Batch Compare Documents Enhancements Speed up your current document comparison procedure. Your favorite Compare Documents feature which automatically scales, rotates, aligns and highlights all differences between multiple drawing revisions now also includes auto-matching functions. Cloud+ Cloud+ combines the convenience of clouds and the clarity of callouts into a single tool. Spaces Enhancements Maximize your Spaces. Sort and report on markups based on the user-defined zone they reside in. Copy and paste Spaces across other pages and files, create area measurement markups directly from Spaces, and add hyperlinks to Spaces placed in the document. Dynamic Tool Set Scaler Eliminate the need to manually rescale your tool sets over and over again...and again. Markups can now automatically resize precisely and proportionately when used on documents with different scales or viewports. Grouped markups can also resize proportionally, regardless of scale setting. Sketch Tools The most requested markup feature of all time has arrived! Sketch Tools allow you to quickly create Polygon, Polyline, Rectangle and Ellipse markups based on a PDF's calibrated scale. Capture 2.0 The power of video is now at your fingertips. Capture and embed photos and videos into markups using Revu's Camera tool, as well as image files saved on a local or network drive. Scroll through images and play back videos directly from each markup's Capture viewer. Markups containing Capture media can even be seen in the Markups list and exported as a PDF Summary, which is now enhanced to display images more prominently and support embedded photos and videos as attachments. Digital Signature Enhancements Conveniently view the status of all digital signatures and certificates within the new Digital Signatures tab. This includes invisible signatures from services such as DocuSign or digital IDs with embedded timestamps, which meet the requirement for PAdes LTV support. Now, that's legit. Microsoft Office Export Enhancements Transform scanned PDFs in Revu into Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents that contain editable text. Don't want to export the whole enchilada? Select specific page regions to output, such as a section of table columns and rows from a PDF into an Excel spreadsheet. Studio Enhancements Take charge of your collaborations. Share Project files with colleagues, even if they don't have a Studio account, using the new password-protected Studio File Link feature. What is new in version 11.5:
Version 11.5 adds image annotations to PDFs directly from the field using your tablet PC's built-in camera hardware, enables Windows 8 tablets to pan and zoom with your fingers while making annotations with your stylus, and removes Sessions or Projects from your Attended list by simply right-clicking and selecting Remove From List.
