Outlook Helper for Excel Payslip

Try it right now.config you email content first(support html body,and zip,excel,pdf attachment),then load your excel sheet including payslip information to the program,and click "send all emails" button to end all the work.

Operation: load the excel file including salary information to the program first,it support office 2000,office 2003,office 2007,office 2010,and later version. once you've done it,the program will analyze the information and show them.

If you want to modify the format of salary excel file,refer to the "payslip template.xls". you can add or delete column by yourself,but makesure the first column is 'month',second is 'name' and the last is employee's private email address. the "additional.htm" is for extra information,you can tell all the recipients some words,if you don't need,delete it. if you want to send some attachment to individual,please create the attachment file as "tom.xls","tom.pdf","bob.zip","woodrow chai.zip" in the same directory as program. as you see,the attachment's name must be same as employee's name on salary excel file.now it supports .xls .xlsx .zip .pdf four types attachment. if you want to send some attachment to everyone,you can name the attachment as "public attachment.zip". if you want to specify the email title,open the "config.ini" and modify it. if you want to disable the warning of "allow or deny",please click the menu :"tool"-"trust center"-"programmic access"(if you are office 2007) or "file"-"option"-"trust center"-"programmic access",then check the option "never warn me about suspicious activity".more detail,see disable_warning.png.
