Goverlan Remote Control is an enterprise-level remote control solution. It's designed to help you get to the root of problems quickly and to resolve issues dynamically and efficiently. Features include RDP/Citrix shadowing, monitoring/managing running tasks on a remote machine, multi-monitor support, monitoring multiple machines within a single view, remotely assisting clients over public networks and transferring files to/from remote machines. With the Goverlan Central Server (a free add-on), you can centrally manage client side settings, including user prompts and text customization and centrally audit RC sessions. All data and communication is encrypted, including chat discussions, with no gaps in security. Goverlan is fast and easy to deploy. The service agents are < 5MB in size and are designed to have no impact on system performance. These small & stable client agents can be auto-installed and maintained by Goverlan.
